Challenge
Delman helped a conventional automotive industry in Indonesia in their data migration and data integration project. The challenge included:- Adding data flow for monitoring data stream on top of the existing infrastructure
- Unifying different KPI and numbers across different divisions within the company, through data warehousing solution
Strategy
- Delman designed the ETL and also blueprint for the data migration and data unification
- We also helped the clients on negotiating and calculating the cost of deployment through cloud server within Delman's Partner
- Delman was also involved in translating the company's KPI from across departments (financial, manufacturing, and sales) through dataflow
